On behalf of Gatwick, the UK’s Second busiest airport, co-owners GIP and Vinci Group engaged counsel to deliver a large-scale brand development project to re-energise employees and re-charge competitive advantage for life after COVID.
Edinburgh Airport is Scotland’s airport but was in need of overhauling its approach to customer experience by re-defining its sense of brand and purpose. Semiotics, behavioural science, customer video experience diaries and a deep strategic review of the world of airports were all used to gain insight and stimulus. An extensive cross-campus project, stakeholders at every-level were involved in order to help re-connect employees with the airport and its aims. A CIPR award was won for internal engagement.
